Auricular Therapy or Ear Reflexology are both terms that apply to a technique that is administered by working on the ears.
I massage all surfaces of the ear with a firm yet gentle pressure, and if appropriate finish by applying ear seeds. These stimulate the reflex point and can continue to do so for several days after the treatment.
